After completing more than 6,000 roofs, we have found that the average home needs approximately three sheets of roof decking replaced after the old roofing is removed. That is why every complete Aardvark roof replacement includes up to three standard sheets of plywood at no additional charge.
On approximately 90% of our roof replacements, those three included sheets cover all the plywood needed. If your roof requires more, we explain what we found and charge only for the additional sheets beyond the first three.
